1. What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a precise combination of exercise and nutrition that has been proven to increase fitness and health for people of all ages and abilities. CrossFit is founded on the first scientifically rigorous definition of fitness: The program produces observable results that can be measured and replicated.

 

2. What are the packages offered?

We offer two kinds of packages, a CrossFit package and a Boot Camp package. Packages also come in Monthly Packages or limited Class Passes.

 

3. What is the difference between CrossFit and Boot Camp Package?

The CrossFit package gives you access to all of our programs, from our popular Workout of the Day (WOD) to speciality classes like Olympic Lifting and Strength.

The Boot Camp package gives you access to our Boot Camp classes only. You can find out more about our programs here.

 

4. Do you offer any kind of trials for your classes?

If you are interested in our CrossFit membership, you can join our Intro class. Intro class includes a brief introduction of CrossFit, teaching of some basic movements and a short workout of the day.

For Boot Camp membership, you can sign up for Trial Week ($40) which gives you access to our Boot Camp Classes for 7 days.

6. What are the gym’s operating hours?

We are open from 7am to 9pm from Monday – Friday & 8am-3pm on Weekends & Public Holiday.

 

7. What is the class capacity like?

Classes are capped at 16 pax or 8 pax, depending if the class is a Mega class or Split class.

 

8. Is CrossFit for me?

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

 

9. What kind of background do I need to start training here?

None whatsoever! CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.

 

10. What if I have an injury?

No worries, we love giving options to people who aren’t able to complete the workouts exactly as they are written. Our coaches will work together with you to figure out what is best for you.

 

11. What are the current Covid-19 safety measures you have in place?

We keep in line with the safety measures laid out by SportSG to ensure the gym is a safe environment for everyone to enjoy.
