Group Training

Having a group of friends/relative/colleagues working out can be invigorating, besides the positive peer influences, it will give oneself bragging rights towards the end of the sessions.

Even though the group might be of different level of fitness, the programs catered are scalable and effective to all level of fitness. Nothing beats working out and having a good laugh together while building good health and at the same time staying in shape.

Corporate/Off-Site Training

We cater to corporate events or weekly fitness programs in your company's location or off-site.

Please let CrossFit Unit know about the constraints or limitations within the company.

Crossfit Unit will provide for all equipment and manpower required for organizing the activity.

Open Session Gym

CrossFit Unit will be open during non-schedule timing as well. If you do free like doing your own personal fitness program, please feel free to contact us to let us know when you decide to use the facilities at CrossFit Unit.

Please let CrossFit Unit know about the constraints or limitations within the company.

Member's Per-Entry will be S$5.

Non Member's Per-Entry will be S$8.

Regular CrossFit
Training

First, to start off regular CrossFit training, we like to encourage you to take part in a single Introductory Class which spans over 60 minutes to have a feel on how a CrossFit programming is exercised..

If you have been to an affiliated CrossFit box somewhere else in the world, please feel free to inform us so we can host you as a drop-in/weekly pass athlete.

Once you have attended the Introductory Class and ready to take the next step, you will be enrolled into the Fundamental Class which consists of 3 - 45mins sessions that will guide and correct your postures and movement form in CrossFit exercises (3 Fundamental Classes will have to be used in 2 weeks to enable better transition and follow-up to CrossFit Exercises.)

After completion of Fundamental Classes, you are ready for the Regular CrossFit Classes.
