Learning The Fundamentals of CrossFit

(1 Weekend of Sat & Sun, 2-4pm with a Month of Unlimited Classes Pass)

The Starter is a series of two (2) sessions that are scheduled over a single weekend. Each session will last approximately two hour each.
(Includes One Month Unlimited Classes) 

Checklist for getting signed up for the Back to Basics Starter:

  1. Sign up below with “START”.
  2. Once sign up is done, please download PushPress from AppleStore or PlayStore. (PushPress is the software we use to manage memberships and also allows athletes to track workout results).
  3. Please do this as early as possible since the classes are filling up quickly and your spot is not reserved until your paperwork is turned in and you have paid

Only for Experienced CrossFitters & Athletes whom have completed (Fundamentals of CrossFit) @ $210/month

WOD & Strength-Based WOD |Olympic Lifts, Bar Strength & DB Strength

Adult Gymnastics | Dynamo (Ski,Bike & Row with Concept2)

Boot Camp & Ladies Boot Camp

 Classes are conducted daily.
